Here are a couple of interesting articles to take a look at before we dive back into some of the city political issues stirring right now.
This one will help all of you understand how Williamson Medical and Maury Regional do business behind the scenes when they are out "uniting" opposition to something. I still feel sorry for the situations that many municipalities were placed in throughout this process.
Williamson Medical Center Intimidation
This is an EXCELLENT piece written by Ron DeYoung at Maury News Net. I think it speaks for itself so read it.

Good morning Gorilla
The article in the Tennessean was pretty good. Just a couple of things they left out.
The first of the year time frame from wmc was for a new ambulance from the factory. They did state that they could put a reserve unit in service until the new one is delivered. The 60 days was to hire the staff, which is about equal to R/M on a start date.
While R/M did say they would not do convelescent runs for three years. They did express interest in the convelescent runs that would be generated from the new hospital. They said that this would help lower the cost to renew the service.
I hope everyone that can turns out Monday. This is an important issue.

Great, I mean great article from Maury New Net. Everyone should read this. This guy has done a tremendous service to all those of us that are Maury COunty taxpayers exposing just the tip of the iceberg.
Will be interested to see what kind of damage the Columbia `mafia' tries to do to the writer of this.
By the way, Chandler has had the plug pulled on him and his computer and his mouth.
WMC & MRH used and abused him, which is their way, until he stepped off into the darkness once too many times.
When he denied communicating and taking marching orders from the leaders of WMC that was enough for the WMC people to stop him, way too obvious a lie.
No more Chandler. We will miss you, ol buddy, ol pal.
I wish you knew Chandler as well as you think you did. You might be better off for it.
I had a conversation with Chandler today. He was not told to take down his site. He offered to take it down, as the hospital issue is no longer one for public debate. He also is done with commenting on this site, as it's credibility has been lost. When the CEO of TriStar has a statement as the opening line of the page, it clearly depicts a bias. He is still employed at WMC and plans to be there for a long time to come. Jeff Gifford
Know Chandler? Many of us got acquanted with him in this process. He was rude, mean-spirited, made false accusations of Leverette, Glass, Huebner, and others, and practiced the worst forms of character assassination.
What comes out of your mouth indicates your character.
Chandler,
Where are you and what happened?
Why are you so silent?
Of course HCA, and now the good Franklin Alderman, have not and are not doing the same thing. Upon reviewing the recent posts under the appeal column, it certainly looks like the anonymous posters on here were doing the attacking.
Another article on the Dennis Phillips complaint in the Williamson AM this morning:
