Questionnaire on it's way...

Okay, the questionnaire is finished for the Mayoral candidates and all Aldermen candidates. It will go into the mail tomorrow, so be on the lookout for some additional information regarding all of our candidates. Next week, we will spend one day on each ward's race and one day covering the mayoral race. From there this discussion may take on a life of it's own.

This election is VERY different than the last one. Some candidates in the last election were extremely overmatched and showed in the results. Thanks to re-apportionment and increased community involvement, we now have a diverse group of candidates in every ward and the outcome of each race could be extremely close.

I truly do not know what I feel about most of the races in the city. The mayoral race could truly take us in some very different directions depending on who pulls it out. I am as interested in finding out about each of the candidates as anyone else in our city.
