As the April 9 city Election Day approaches, one mayoral candidate has organized a series of three debates, which the other two candidates may not attend.
Mayoral candidate and Alderman Michael Dinwiddie said he organized the debates to take candidate Cindy Jobe up on a debate offer that she proposed in January.City Mayor Danny Leverette, who has not publicly endorsed any mayoral candidatesDustin Dunbar, has been named as moderator of the first debate scheduled from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 31 at the UAW Local 1853 ballroom.
